Greg came to GRBC in 2000 as the Student and Children's Pastor. In 2004, he transitioned to a new role as Pastor of Education & Administration. On June 8, 2014 Pastor Greg was called as the new Lead Pastor of Green Ridge Baptist Church.
He graduated from Radford University in 1992 (B.S. in Sociology). Greg attended Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary for one year (1992-93) before transferring to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary where he graduated with a Master of Divinity degree in 1995. He was born in Marion, VA, but grew up in Roanoke where he graduated from Glenvar High School in 1985.

Family
Greg and his wife, Allison, attended the same church (West Salem Baptist) where they eventually began their courtship. They were married on August 14, 1993. They have two wonderful children: Dustyn and Danielle.
Greg loves hanging out with his family (i.e. enjoying "movie nights," playing board games, going bike riding, practicing basketball and baseball/softball); reading; golfing; watching sports (favorite teams: Hokies, Panthers, & Orioles).
